As Your Residential Real Estate Experts and Bank Owned Property Experts we have been listing and selling real estate since April of 1981. (Can it really be that long?) Residential Real Estate has been our mainstay throughout the decades, through market shifts and economic uncertainty. Our Team started with Patti (lucky me! my wife!) those many years ago,Kirkland being a favorite of ours. Subsequently the size of our group has waxed and waned to develop into our current group.

Becoming an Expert is not just a matter of taking a few courses and getting a few certificates and degrees. It requires years of academic and professional training, internist activity doing real estate transactions in the field and in the office, diligent interaction with banks and asset managers, interim reps, boards and banking groups. Ultimately banks and individuals recognize the professional ability of the Managing Broker/Team Leader and his group and do business with them smoothly and expeditiously.
