The Trip to Bainbridge Island, Washington
The other day I accepted the job of establishing a price for a house on Bainbridge Island. The lending institution needed to know the current value.
I set off early in the morning, hoping (naively) to get back before 8:30 am to get my team going and still be on time for a class I was taking at 10:am.
Funny thing. When I edited the video, I realized I got so caught up with the trip that it ends up being a travelogue of how beautiful our area is.
Very little attention was given to the purpose of the trip - to take pictures of a house and establish a present value for the bank.
For me, the trip involves crossing over Lake Washington, going through downtown Seattle, getting on a ferry and crossing over the Puget Sound. Once on Bainbridge there was a short drive, and then the pictures.
