Westlake 2200. It goes down 4 stories for parking. UP 14 stories for view, and is connected to a luxury hotel. In fact, the 24 hour concierge is part of the hotel service, and living here really is like living in a luxury hotel.

The condo has cherry stained wood floors, stainless steel appliances, amazing cabinetry, upgraded fixtures & hardware. Close to all shops, Whole Foods, Starbucks, restaurants, the hotel!

However THIS unit, on the third floor, faces a cement wall and overlooks a parking lot. With 702 square feet, it was on the small side of downtown living. Who would buy it?

Turns out a busy doctor, who lives a ways out of town, found this to be the perfect in city retreat for the two or three nights a week he needed to stay over. Late at night, after a long shift, the view did not matter, but the extensive amenities did.
